Humanity

Humans whose short lives served short memories were quick to forget the battles of the previous ages. Few humans could ever wield magic and so its use disappeared almost completely in this age.

Many humans turned to science for their reasonings and eventually some three thousand years later Azur had become a world of super technology with its resources depleted to fund the growing advancements.

At first, the human communities were small and far between and this made communication difficult. Some communities did not have contact with another village for hundreds of years. During this time the dialects might change and social customs alter to extremes.

Eventually science broke through this barrier providing instant interaction for nearly anyone with someone else anywhere in the world.


For nearly three thousand years, the Age of Humanity ruled Azur. Within this age, were written many others, where Humans believed themselves to be a unique, intelligent and God fearing race.

Lost in myth and scripture were the stories of Fae creatures, Demons, Angels and the powers and magics they weilded. Only a few Humans remembered and practiced the old ways, as the Humans entered their final era, a time of technology.
